Our 75k Base Pool Package isn’t just a starting point; it is a comprehensive, high-end installation designed to eliminate the stress of "upselling."
The All-Inclusive Foundation
Most builders charge extra for the "good stuff." We’ve flipped the script by including premium features as our standard. When we say "base price," we include:
- Automation & Tech: Control your pump, lights, and heater from your phone with Omni Logic Automation.
- Premium Filtration: A Hayward 2.7 hp Variable Speed pump and salt chlorination system come standard.
- Luxury Finishes: Your choice of Quartzcapes plaster finishes and travertine or stone coping are included.
- Maintenance Ready: We include a Maytronics Dolphin WiFi robotic cleaner and a full startup & chemical kit.
Scaling with Your Vision
We believe pricing should be logical. If you want a larger pool, you shouldn't have to guess the cost. Our pricing is strictly based on pool square footage.
- Base Package: Covers up to 450 sq ft of surface area.
- Upsizing: For larger designs, we scale at a flat rate per 10 sq ft of additional size.
This allows you to design the exact footprint you want with a predictable impact on your budget.
Navigating Site Variables
While our pool package is fixed, every backyard is a unique canvas. "Site variables" are specific requirements dictated by your land, rather than hidden fees.
Common factors that may adjust pricing include:
- Elevation & Grading: Slopes exceeding 12" may require retaining walls or raised pool walls.
- Access & Logistics: Restricted access yards or the need for dirt haul-away.
- Engineering & Environment: Specific structural engineering or stormwater control during construction.
- Custom Decking: Costs for additional square footage or alternative decking materials.
